The Villa boasts a sun bathed west facing a good size swimming pool, sunshine from mid morning till sunset, a BBQ and outdoor seating / dinning area. The private terraces around the Villa provide ample opportunities for chilling with friends or for private time.

Secure parking , both a garage inside the Villa or on its driveway is provided for. Free street parking is also available.

Each of the FOUR bedrooms offer privacy whilst offering open views , three bedrooms facing the ocean, each with their own private balcony and the master en-suite bedroom facing inland thereby making it the quietest space.

The bathrooms are modern with a positive Portuguese flair with high class fixtures throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped and centrally placed to make for a relaxing informal gathering or hang out space.

A winter garden adjacent to the kitchen offers a year round intimate space with an outdoor feel. This is also true of the enclosed ocean facing terraces to the bedrooms , lounge and dining areas.

The Villa is fully insulated with double glazing and fans throughout and a state-of-the-art heat pump to ensure a pleasant interior environment both in spring , summer , autumn and winter.
